Kalden Lodoe is a former monk turned journalist. He spent 11 years at Namgyal Monastery—the monastery of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He has studied in the UK, Brazil and Spain. He is a strong believer in spreading the ideas of practical compassion to bring more happiness in oneself and for the society.
