Carolyn Bruckmann is currently a dual degree student at Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford Business School. Prior to graduate school she worked as a management consultant at Bain in New York and then at a social enterprise in East Africa, helping smallholder farmers farm more productively. Carolyn is passionate about helping people build lives of joyful connection where they form sturdy, caring relationships and feel accepted and valued in the world. She is using her time at graduate school to build Better Together – a nonprofit that helps youth in under resourced communities form connection through peer-led theater programming. She loves endurance sports, meditating, and listening to podcasts about psychology!
